General
Touch and light up the keypad, then enter the password you’ve set and press the #key.
Simply add extra digits before or after your real password and the smart lock will still unlock.
Short press the double locking button or unlock the door by turning the knob/ unlocking with the administrator password/ remote unlocking through the Family Owner’s app/ Unlocking with the physical key.
Generally speaking, the battery can last for about 6 months. However, the actual usage time depends on the frequency of use of the door lock.
If the battery has run out, you can temporarily charge the lock through the USB port located at the bottom of the exterior assembly. You can also use the physical mechanical key to unlock the doormanually.
Note: You’ll get a low battery notification when the battery is below 20%.
