Why is it unlocked when locked, or is it locked when unlocked?
B. If not, please use a screwdriver to take the back panel down.
C. Find the toggle button on the bottom right and switch it to the opposite side.
D. Re-install and try the step A to see if it works.
How to Reset the Deadbolt Door Locks?
B. Please take out one battery for around 5s and then put it back in to restart the lock.
C. After restart within 8s, please long press the deadbolt button for over 8s until hear 'didi' sound.
